Great Buy!!!
I am very impressed with the performance of this flat iron. I own a Paul Mitchell flat iron as well that cost approx. $120.00 and I would say this $40.00 flat iron does as good of a job if not better than the Paul Mitchell. It is dual voltage which is why I bought it. I am currently serving overseas and am not able to use my Paul Mitchell iron so the dual voltage is able to be plugged directly into outlets overseas without blowing any breakers. I would definately recommend this product and will use this as my back up iron to travel with in the future.

The best flat iron!
I have EXTREMELY curly (and frizzy) hair. Little tight ringlets. I have never been able to find a flat iron that makes my hair straight and smooth. This flat iron leaves my hair perfectly straight, extremely soft and flat. I don’t have one bit of frizz!! I love it and use it all the time. I would recommend this flat iron to anyone who has curly, frizzy hair.

Disappointed
I travel a lot and the reason I purchased this iron was because it has dual voltage. However, to my disappointment, the product does not live upto the claims made…. I have really thick and curly hair and this iron at best makes my hair wavy (does not flatten it out completely). I have also had a Herstyler iron for a long time, which also has ceramic plates and delivers negative irons and, though a little more expensive, it does far better than the Iso Professional Tourmaline (i guess u get what you pay for !). Unfortunately, the Herstyler is not a dual voltage iron.

Wonderful fragrance but pricey
Creed fragrance products are the best I have come across, but they don’t come cheaply. I was fortunate enough to find a reasonable price on Amazon. Virgin Island Water is my favorite Creed fragrance for men. Actually it’s unisex. It is light and airy instead of woodsy. It is not overpowering. Others do not smell it unless they get close to you, as it should be. It makes me feel great. I love the smell. It does remind me of the islands. Good job, Creed.

Jose Eber Flat Iron
This is the best flat iron I have ever tried. I makes my hair look and feel healthy.

Best Flat Iron I ever bought!!!
I actually spent $300 on this product but I don’t even care that it’s $50 now because of how great it is!!!! I towel dry my hair as good as I can then I use this iron and my hair comes out like it was blown dry and ironed but in a quarter of the time. I also color my hair VERY frequently and other irons would end up being the color of my hair after I was done. Right now I have blue/black hair and I have not once had to clean this iron because it took the color of my hair. I also noticed that other irons would create some buildup with the products I would use in my hair to keep my hair healthy and it would be very hard to get off but this iron does no such thing. If you don’t have time to blow dry your hair GET this product!!! its lightweight, effective, and for $50 bucks… your can’t beat that. I wish I would have found this iron before spending $300 but I don’t care.. I have an awesome iron and I’m happy with my product

Great, Safe Hair Straightener
My daughter has thin hair that had been previously damaged by a cheaper hair straightener. She just had to have this one and is SO happy with it. It is easy to use and doesn’t damage her hair.

The BEST Yet!
This product is awesome for me! After using straightener after straightener, including the new InStyler, I was not quite satisfied until I purchased this. The InStyler does nothing close to LeAngelique. It straightens my hair under 15 minutes (with other models, it took at least 30 minutes, twice the time). I am an African-American girl with thick and semi-wavy hair and I understand that there is a scarcity of flat-iron products out there for my demographic. However, I do recommend this product to all girls with varying hair texture as it works very well. It is worth the investment; I saw this product at a county fair a few weeks ago and as they were pressing my hair, I could see a difference right away. They were working with a $99 straightener and I explained to them how I would be making a hefty investment if I bought it right on the spot; that’s how convinced I was to buy it.

With amazon, I was able to buy this in half the price! If you want straight hair without buildup/burns/hassle/damage, invest in the LeAngelique straightener. I recently got cut-across bangs that were pretty dull and without life/bounce. If you place the straightener a certain way, you will see that you can add a bit of bounce to your own bangs/cut in just seconds and in one motion. For the rest of my hair, with other straighteners, I would have to repeatedly go over one area to get the desired look (flat) for my hair. With this, you are able to go from wavy to flat in just one easy run-through. Plus, the ceramic plates don’t damage your hair, as they and other reviewers rightfully claim. You will be pleased with it and glad that you made the choice to buy it. It’s convenient; you can pack it in its pouch, store it away when not in use, and take it during travel! Also, you can customize your own order (choose the skin of your straightener). Don’t fall for products that do only half the job and only claim they can straighten your hair yet don’t verify it in one take on their commercials. Take it from someone who believed it and actually paid for the InStyler and was let down because of false claim and advertisement that it works for every hair texture. Make sure to let LeAngelique do all the work, you just have to hold it, press down, and watch the transformation before your very own eyes.

Love it!
I actually have the red one and it works like a charm! It gets really hot even if you have it on a lower setting. It straightens my hair in ONE smooth motion and my hair is soft, silky and straight. What I like most about this flat iron compared to all the cheapo ones I’ve had in the past is that it doesn’t snag and pull at my hair. My last flat iron pulled out my hair with every stroke, but this one glides smoothly over. Nice curved design. I’m assuming it probably works for ALL hair types. I’m a black girl and it works beautiful wonders with my hair. I used it on my niece who’s hair is extremely curly and it made her hair pin straight. I highly recommend it.

Amika flat iron
The Amika flat iron works great. There is no burnt smell in my hair. My hair looks healthier. It heats up very fast and does not pull my hair while using it. If you are looking for a new flat iron, I would definitely recommend this product.

Great Iron
I bought this item when it was for about $50. I did some quick research and found it to be selling for much more elsewhere. It heats up very quickly, and has a dial to control the temperature. My sister in law recently used it and was surprised at how well it worked. She has a Revlon one (no comparison). This thing gets PRETTY HOT, so watch your ears and any other skin it comes into contact with. No burning smell or anything like that. I can’t quite compare it to other products, this is my first straightening iron and I am very pleased with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of purchasing a great quality straightener.

Pretty interesting…
I love clipless curling irons and I thought I would give this brand a try.

Although this iron has a unique shape, it creates pretty identical curls to a normal curling iron. In order to create a curl with a shape similar to the iron, you have to use a very small strand of hair.

The shape of the iron makes sliding the hair off the iron more difficult (since the bottom is bigger than the top). To be honest, I don’t notice any difference in the shape of the curl from a normal cylinder iron.

I do love the quality of the iron though and the curls are beautiful. I also like how this iron is under a lifetime warranty!

HerStyler is AWESOME!
This flat iron from the direct source was about 300 and something and I received this at 39.99! Also, the results are amazing. Me being African American, I thought it wouldn’t work, but it did. Left my hair soft, bouncy and with shine. & I also got it in my favorite color!

excellent product for the price
I have been using the herstyler flatirons for several years now and my hair has never felt softer. I always do a deep condition before applying heat and my hair isn’t fried or breaking off. I’ve used products that were 3 x’s as expensive and haven’t gotten better results. My only problem is it started to lose effectiveness after about a year and I had to replace it.
