The best!
I’ve used all the Venus women’s razors and this is my favorite out of them all. This is the only razor I’ve used out of the line that hasn’t nicked me or cut me or left stray hairs. It leaves my legs smooth!

I bought this why…?
The only reason this razor works–and the only reason I rated it with even 3 stars–is because it’s a Venus razor. Venus razors work excellently, so when this new version came out I was excited to try it. I’ve owned mine for over a year now, and was unimpressed with it from the moment I started using it.

The vibrations are useless; I get the same quality shave whether it’s turned on or off. The battery lasted quite a long time, but as soon as I replaced it the razor stopped working properly (not that it mattered, since it didn’t do anything in the first place). So not only do we have a “power” razor that has no power, but the company decided to charge even more for replacement razor cartridges. I thought I had to use the corresponding cartridges, but finally I inserted one of the old Venus cartridge heads and it worked exactly the same.

I don’t know–maybe I’m just a no-fuss girl who really doesn’t notice subtle differences in the quality of leg-shaving. I would recommend Venus brand razors in a heartbeat, but I do NOT recommend this particular version.

broke in 2 months
Works well but broke in a couple of months. I think the vibration prevents nicks but the shave isn’t as close as when you turn it off. The battery lasted the few months which amazed me.

Great chin up bar
There’s really not to much to review with this product. It’s a chin up bar. It installs easily and it holds me up. Enough said. I use it 3 times a week. I weigh 175lbs., and it’s quite durable, so it will probably last a very long time. I thoroughly recommend it.

Circular brackets fit door frame, Both sides extend, Stays in place…etc.
This chin up bar works good. I’m 160 lbs and I haven’t had any problems with it. I also have an Iron Gym but my door frame doesn’t have a top edge for the crossbar to rest on, so I can’t mount it (it works good for push ups though). The Sunny Health bar fits in my door frame and I can still close my door (another bar I bought locally had square brackets and I couldn’t close my door with them installed–other reviews about chin up bars with square ends on amazon also talk about this as a problem). This chin up bar has circular ends and doesn’t rely solely on it’s brackets to keep it in place (which is good because it didn’t quite fit either and I could only put in 2 of the 3 bracket screws in on each side). In addition this bar extends on BOTH SIDES to apply pressure to your door frame, which helps to keep it in place and keeps the grips centered–unlike most other bars that only adjust on one side, leaving the grips off center. It also doesn’t move/turn when you’re using it or after you’ve used it. It stays in place good and I haven’t had to readjust anything. The only thing about this bar is that the screws that came with it are cheap/stripped, (they were also a little too long for my door frame…)–but that can be fixed by a quick trip to the hardware store and about $1 for new screws.

Perfect
This chin up bar is good because it can be used for chin ups. This chin up bar is awesome because of a few little features that are genius.

1 - The bar extends from both ends so you can keep the hand grips centered so you’ll never have one hand on one piece of pipe and the other on a smaller piece of pipe (which I find really annoying). You could also intentionally offset the center bar if you wanted for some reason.

2 - The way the bar extends is like a turnbuckle where one side unscrews turning clockwise and the other counter-clockwise. This means you can get really good tension on the bar easily.

3 - It can be mounted with the big steel cups that encompass the outside of the end caps on the bar or can be mounted using small plastic inserts. Mine didn’t come with mounting instructions so maybe you’re supposed to use both but I just used the plastic inserts and it works fine (I’m 165 lbs). If you’re using the plastic inserts I recommend you pre-drill a pilot hole and do the final tightening by hand to reduce the chance of cracking the plastic.

I’m super happy with this bar and would recommend it because it does what it’s supposed to very well and it was designed in a very user friendly way. Remember to keep it tight, yo.

Anita’s Cystoprotek Review
I have been dignosed with Interistitial Cystitis recently, as of January 2008. It is also referred to as painful bladder spasms. I refused the bladder instillations due to intolerance of the procedure related to pain. I was started on Elmiron three times a day. This made my hair fall out and therefore had to decrease the dose to once a day. I heard about Cystoprotek through the IC-Network. I bought it and tried it. Three days later, I started feeling better and by 2 weeks I could hardly tell that I had this awful disease. Thanks Amazon for selling this medicine.

Great for IC sufferers
I have IC and I have tried everything and I decided to try this instead of the prescribed medicine Elmiron. I could tell a difference within a couple of weeks. I will say, that it makes you go to the bathroom alot for an hour after taking it and then after you are fine, so I would not suggest before bed or before leaving for a trip. I am really impressed and the difference in taking this and the prescribed medicine is that it repairs the problem instead of masking it. I will continue to buy this product.

no longer have to take anything else for my IC
Have had IC for 3+ years now. Did bladder infusions and elmiron for 18 months+. Found Cystoprotek - what a difference!! Now I take nothing else at all, and the awful urethral pain and belly tenderness is completely gone. Have been on Cystoprotek for over a year now, absolutely zero side effects for me. Mucinex Is a Must for Sinus Sufferers!
Being a long-time sinus sufferer, I found the benefits of guiafenesin years before it became “MUCINEX”. Without it, my sinuses get plugged and irritated within a few days, setting me up for recurrent infections. It works as an “expectorant” which means it helps keep the mucus thinned so your sinuses can clear more easily and don’t become a breeding ground for bacteria and /or viruses.

Keeps the crap out!
I use this everyday, all year long. I have lung problems due to an illness that I inherited, and this really helps. It was recommended by an ear, nose, and throat doctor along the time it came out. The last place I ordered it from was a seller through Amazon, DAB Nutrition; the price could not be beat.

If you have any kind of lung or breathing problem(s), give this a try; it does what it says, is easy to swallow(and I have problems swallowing pills), and does not interfere with any of my many medications. You WILL notice a difference.

Wonderful value
Have been using Mucinex when it was still a prescription med. The price I paid for this bottle of 100 tablets (approximately $25) is by far the best price I have ever found. I also believe it to be superior to the generics I have also used. If Amazon continues the good price, I will continue to purchase here.

Does the job, great price. One minor item.. see below:
Badger hair shaving brushes are not the cheapest items in the world. Not to mention usually you get what you pay for; however I have to say that this brush bucks that trend.

The brush does the job at a price MUCH better than the competitors.

My one minor issue:
-the first brush I bought repeatedly would lose hairs each time I used it. I hoped it would stop at some point but this went on for a month or so. In a strange sort of luck, I managed to leave the brush behind on a business trip and had to purchase a new one. The new brush works like a charm.

In a nutshell, I would not hesitate, if you need a shaving brush and do NOT want to pay an arm and a leg then this is the brush for you.

On a side note, if you are considering this brush you should also consider (if you have not already) switching to a Safety Razor rather than the economy razors you find in the supermarket. My shaving experience and outcome has changed considerably as a result of using this brush as well as the safety razor. My recommendation for a safety razor: Merkur Classic Safety Razor, Straight - #178

Best bang for buck shaving brush
I’ve gotten this brush about a month ago and it has held up pretty well. At $15 it is the best value pure badger brush on the market. At first it’s a little stiff. It loses a few bristles here and there but after a few uses it breaks in. I haven’t lost a bristle in weeks and its gotten softer. Of course there are better best badger brushes and silvertip badger brushes on the market but be prepared to pay $40-200 USD for a quality badger brush. The Tweezerman makes a good starter brush at $15. Why even bother to buy a synthetic or boar brush (both don’t hold water well) when you can get this one for $15? I plan to upgrade to a better/softer brush down the line but the Tweezerman is treating me well and in the future will make an excellent back up or travel brush. I recommend this brush for anyone who decides to start traditional wet shaving.

Didn’t think badger bristles would make a difference
But they really do. I had a boar’s hair brush before this, and the badger bristles really are far superior. It takes a lot less soap to make a good lather with the badger. If you’re a brush user, definitely give it a try.

Acai juice and colon cleanse
The product was received timely with a personal note expressing the vendor’s desire to provide excellent customer service. I have been using the product for about two weeks and I am starting to feel positive effects.

This is probably the best deal on Amazon for health products. Buying these individully would be a lot more expensive if you buy the reputable brands. I am very carefuly what I put in my body and I can say for sure that these are good quality. The acai is a 4 to 1 extract so it is 4 times more potent than the other Acai products out there. It has definitely helped me lose weight. I travel a lot so I appreciate the extra energy boost but energy has never been a problem for me. The colon cleanse product is none to glamorous in the sense that what colon cleanse product ever is HOWEVER, this one works well for me. I have tried several over the years and this one is as good as the one I used to buy, before it was discontinued by another manufacturer. So little money for a nice health boost.
