Nach “15 Minutes” und “Frank” wieder ein klasse Album von Nik Kershaw.
Seine Hits in den 80ern waren ja zum Teil stark auf Synthesizer aufgebaut. Hat mir prima gefallen. Noch heute liebe ich diese Songs. Daher hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass Niks Musik auf seine alten Tage und nach seinem Wechsel zu Akustik- und E-Gitarren-Rock-Pop sogar noch besser wird.
“You’ve got to laugh” kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Ebenso die beiden anderen oben erwähnten Alben.
Texte von herzerweichend bis humorvoll und immer mit eingängigen Melodien.
