A keeper in our house!
Our 2-year-old daughter got this for Christmas, and it is the cutest little thing! The fabric is quite soft, though the body is fairly firm. The dress is adorable, and can be taken off for those inclined to play dress-up. She comes in an extremely durable cardboard box, which can then be turned around and made into a bed for the bunny (or appropriated by mom, as in our house). The packaging is AWESOME - besides the box (which I believe to be recyclable), little Victoria is held in her box by nothing more than a string tie…two seconds, and she’s out and waiting to be cuddled.

Victoria certainly seems durable enough to become an heirloom - and she will be kept, even during the periodic “culling” of our stuffed animal herds. I recommend this toy for any parents who have a child into stuffed animals or “babies” and who appreciate well-made, organic toys that DO NOT require batteries!

CUTE ORGANIC BUNNY
The Easter Bunny brought this for our daughter who was 7 months old at the time Easter rolled around this year. CUTE, secretly I think I wanted it more than her hahaha….but I’m sure she’ll love it more when she’s a bit older and can play dress up with the little dress that goes on & off. LOVE the fact that it’s Organic and has high quality standards. The company (miYim) from what I’ve read on their website is trustworthy and reliable. Nicely made.

cute as a bunny
We love this bunny! Not only because it’s organic (which is why I bought it)but because it is so adorable. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The packaging it came in was lovely (and organic). The bunny was so soft and cuddly. The bunny was a gift for my baby niece, my sister is totally into organic so I knew she would appreciate this gift. She did! Great product! Hope my niece hangs onto it for a long time.

Easy to replace
This Ionic Silver Stick Microbial Inhibitor was extremely simple to replace in my Air-O-Swiss humidifier. Just take out the old one, and pop the new one in. Couldn’t be easier!

These humidifiers are the best, and the cost of replacing this stick once a year and the cartridges every 3 months are well worth the completely hassle-free and quiet day-to-day use (with no buildup).

Probably won’t replace it
I have an Air-o-Swiss humidifier that came with one of these, but I don’t think I’ll replace it because it’s ridiculously expensive.

Both silver and copper have antimicrobial properties, so I know it does some good, but I think I’ll try to clean it or replace it with maybe a dozen clean pennies before I shell out $30.

Works well but to expensive.
This is a must for the swiss-o-air humidifier, but they need to sell for a reasonable price.

Piece of Plastic
I previously owned the Fisher Price Kick and Drive Gym which my first child used. She loved it and played with it for quite some time. I loved that the kick pad actually made the toy come on. It was also very easy to move from the lying position to the sitting position. The wheel does make a noise that could scare some children if they are not used to it but it was no problem for us.
The Chico gym is a joke. The foot panels do nothing more than squeak like a dog toy. It is not electronically connected to the rest of the toy. Also, you have to disassemble the gym in order to simply move it down to the sitting position. I wish I had never sold the Fisher Price one. I can say that it is attractive and does do the job as far as a toy goes, but don’t count on getting any time for yourself out of it.

For short or legless babies
Like many overhead gym type toys, this one turns out to be for short or legless babies. When my daughter kicks the kickplates, she kicks the toy right away from her (and this is on carpet), and when we brace the toy against something, she kicks herself right out from under the toy. We have found the same to be true for a number of similarly designed toys. Now that we have looked at the box more closely, the baby in the picture has his/her legs bent really hard in order for the baby to fit under the toy. Our daughter is 3 1/2 months old and is already too big for this. On a positive note, this is a very well made toy in all other respects. Looks durable, as are all Chicco toys, and the music and lights are pleasant. Another negative: you apparently have to push the two hanging toys to get them to activate sound and lights, and most babies want to pull them. Might be good for a tummy toy, but we’re not waiting for that–we’ll try the Chicco 3 in 1 gym instead, as it appears to be a much better bang for the buck and does not have a kick plate.

Has hurt my little boy- I hate this toy!!!!
I absolutely HATE THIS TOY!

I bought it for my 8 month old boy, so he could play with it when he stayed at his cradle.

Unfortunately, this toy is very badly engineered! The first time my boy played with it, we pulled the white top part with his hands, it fell back and crushed against his little face.

I was absolutely terrified when I saw the skin around his left eye growing purple to the size of a berry, while the poor baby cried his lungs out.

Thank God, nothing happened to his eyeball, but he’s now with a big swollen purple area all around it.

I am returning this toy TODAY, and I strongly advise careful parents NOT TO BUY this for their babies.

It REALLY Works!
I bought three of these ducks for my elderly, diabetic spouse. He has neuropathy in his lower limbs and can’t feel the temperature of the bathwater. He has already experienced serious burns to the upper feet once.
This product REALLY works and is wonderful for him. He can now bathe in safety.
It’s too bad that Amazon.com can’t/won’t ship this product to Canada (where we live). Understandably, I went to a great deal of trouble to get this product for my spouse as nothing similar is sold in Canada. (I believe this may have something to do with the lack of bilingual labelling and Canadian laws.)The duck says “HOT” if the water is too warm, but not “CHAUD” (the French translation). This was be easy for the manufacturer (Safety 1st) to remedy and they could vastly increase their marketshare with this simple modification. It’s a great product for both infants and elders. Thank you Safety 1st!

IMPORTANT ITEM TO OWN WITH BABY!!!
These floaties are the greatest invention in the world. What a great way to protect your baby. Just fill the tub, plop this in, and it tells you whether it’s too hot or not for the baby. GREAT PRODUCT…reasonable price for protection!

cute & lovable, but overly sensitive
Duckies are a classic bath toy for a reason, and my kid loves this one! The temp sensor on the bottom is too sensitive to heat, though — it reads “HOT” if the water’s even a tiny bit above lukewarm. I don’t even bother to use that feature anymore!

Best blankets
I got these because my 2 year old has them and LOVES them. They’re not so hot or bulky that he’s stifled and sweaty. They do keep him warm, and they’re great for summer and spring. In the winter I use it as a sheet and add a blanket or put it on him when he’s wearing thick pjs. Great for swaddling the baby, and breathable so I’m not constantly worrying. They also have thicker, larger dream blankets for winter or as they get older. They’re amazing, too

My son and every kid we know are hooked on these.
Amazing quality and we have not found another blanket that my son likes better. Aden & Anais are the best!

Great Stroller for tall kids!
I love this stroller! We have an almost 4 year old boy and 5 month old girl. Our son is very tall for his age (already at 42 inches tall) & all the other sit and stand strollers were too small. The covers were never tall enough in even the Joovy Ultralight and didn’t provide enough shade for the rider in the front.

With the Ergo I am able to keep my little girl in the car seat which is right at the back of the stroller where I can reach her easily. My son can still fit in the seat in the front and the shade cover keeps him well protected from the sun. He loves having the 2 cup holders for drinks and snacks. He even fits in the back on the bench seat with the shade cover and likes the side windows.

Pros:
~ The Car seat is right near the handle so the baby is easy to reach
~ The shade covers work well for the front and back of the stroller, especially for taller or older kids
~ The basket underneath is very large, especially compared to every other sit and stand stroller on the market and it is easy to reach.
~ The cup holders and tray option are great for the front rider
~ Steering is pretty easy for the size
~ Very well made and durable
~ Folds up relatively small and can fit in the back of my Mercury Mountaineer
~ The steering handle is nice and tall and fits me (5′7″) and my husband (6′4″) comfortably
~ Folding it up is pretty easy and so is unfolding it
~ The Bench seat in the back snaps open and closed so you can get to the storage basket easily
~ Car Seat adapter is easy to use and easy to get the car seat in and out
~ There are many colors to choose from for the seat pads
~ Parent organizer is great - holds 2 cold drinks without spilling (as long as you have good lids) and cell phone, keys and a couple other small things. We got ours free when we bought the stroller at the Joovy warehouse (if you buy online you need to pay for the organizer in addition to the stroller and seat pads).

Cons:
~ Heavy - not easy to lift into the back of the suv
~ It does not come with the seat pads - we had to buy that in addition to the stroller.
~ You need to fold it and unfold it on the ground - not that big of a deal but a little more work for your back
~ The front seat is so far away it is hard to hear your little ones talk

Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and think it is worth the investment.

Great stroller, but HEAVY
We got this stroller to take on an extended trip overseas with our toddler and infant. I considered side-by-side strollers and doubles, but ultimately decided on this one because it is not as wide as the former and not as bus-like as the latter. It is still rather long and cumbersome but in the world of getting two very small children moved from one place to the other, it’s a pretty good compromise. I love that I can have our baby in her car seat facing me and our toddler is able to be in front where she can see and sit like a big girl. When the baby is old enough to sit in front, her sister will be old enough to sit or stand in the back if needed. The storage basket is roomy, the snack tray converts to two cup holders if you prefer, and it detaches–if you wish–for the front rider to enter and exit the seat. It gives a fairly smooth ride (certainly smoother than our Peg Perego Aria OH) and the handle bar is covered with a comfortable neoprene. Cons: the price (it would be nice if the seat covers and parent organizer/cup holder were included for this amount of money); the weight (though it weighs less than many other tandem strollers and sit/stands) oof!; folding is not difficult, but it doesn’t stand upright when folded–you either have to hold on to it upright before loading or set it on the ground. All in all, a great stroller for those with 2 small children.

Best for newborn dressing
I received these as a a gift for my newborn baby. She was born in May with warm weather. These gowns were all that she wore for the first couple weeks, as she was too small for most clothing to fit her properly. These gowns were just the right weight as newborns don’t regulate body temp well. The bottom has elastic which made for easy diaper changes. The sleeves have the option of rolling down over hands like mittens, which I used because my baby would scratch her face constantly if her hands weren’t covered. 2 pack is nice, because one was always in the wash. A 3-4 pack would be even better.

Very soft and so inexpensive
I bought these on the off-chance that they would be half as soft as the boutique brand that I had looked at in a local store (which were $30 plus per gown). They arrived today, and although I haven’t yet used or washed them, I am very happy with the quality (pretty thick fabric) and the softness. I am very picky about fabrics so trust me when I say these are soft…

I wish they were just plain without the front detail, since that embroidery isn’t as high quality, but for the price you can’t beat them. I may order more and will certainly consider these for shower gifts since they are so practical for night-time diaper changes!

Don’t buy these gowns
These gowns looked really cute when I received them, but I have only washed them two times (Once before my daughter wore) and once after the only time she wore them and I have noticed there is already a hole forming in the seem of one of them. Also, these do not fit her as good as some of the other brands of gowns. The shoulders are very wide and fall off and the gown is not really long enough to keep her feet covered or to keep the gown from riding up. I will not be buying these gowns ever again.

BPA-free AND affordable!!! yay!
I’ve mainly fed my daughter with Dr. Brown’s but with all the BPA issues I decided to not take the risk and find BPA-free bottles to try. A lot of the popular BPA-free bottles, such as Born Free, are rather expensive, there’s even one brand that’s about $15-20 EACH bottle! I’m fortunate not to be on a strict budget but don’t want to blow money either - so when I found these recommended in Parents magazine I decided to give try them. They’re great! My daughter likes them, have not had one leakage problem in 2 months of use, less parts to clean than Dr. Brown’s, I don’t have to worry when putting them in the dishwasher, and the best part is that they’re so affordable!!!! I also replaced the latex nipples (that they come with) with silicone replacement nipples that are also made by Gerber.

A Good BPA Free Bottle
The bottles do the job they are supposed to do. Milk doesn’t leak from the space between the nipple and the ring and the flow seems right. But the most important thing is they are BPA free. I read about it in parents magazine and I’m happy that I picked this inexpensive bottles over pricier and better looking ones. BPA used in plastic bottles is considered a potantial hazard to children’s health. Though more research is needed for a definite verdict. Anyhow you won’t go wrong avoiding it I guess.

Gerber Clearview
Totally agree with all the reviewers here. No BPA and affordable. One thing I want to share is that you can get same bottles with silicone nipples(new design)for $2.99 at Target.

Doesn’t really detangle
This doesn’t really detangle, but I like it anyway, if only to help my girls’ hair smell good.

So-so detangler, but better than the alternative
It’s certainly not the greatest detangler, but it does help more than using nothing. Plus, it smells very nice but not too overpowering. And it’s better than spraying a bunch of chemicals on your child’s head. So as a detangler, I give it three stars, but gave it an extra star for the natural ingredients and nice smell.

Pleasant smell, but doesn’t detangle….
Had to return this item since it doesn’t really work for detangling hair…. the smell is lovely but the product isn’t really useful as a detangler.
