I have to admit I was underwhelmed by the ads for “Madagascar”, it impartial didn’t glimpse that sterling. But my kids were anxious to gaze it so I dragged myself into the theater on Saturday ready to glance another kiddie movie along the lines of “Shark Fable” or “Home on the Range”. I did not demand to delight in the movie as considerable as my seven year musty….if not more. “Madagascar” is not only a enormous enthralling film and packs as many laughs into it’s hour and half as either “Shrek” movie did, “Madagascar” is impartial a huge comedy. There were several times in the movie that were fair laugh out loud droll, the scene with the Penguins in Antarctica was worth the trace of admission for me! There are plenty of jokes aimed at an older audience, like the reference to “The Twilight Zone” episode “How to Support Man”. The myth is tall and the characters are really fun. The visuals are attractive and the animation is expedient. Add all that together with a tall soundtrack, and I mediate “Madagascar” is a enormous plot to kick off the summer movie season. This one ranks true up there with “The Incredibles” and “Shrek”.
Madagascar is a cute and humorous movie. Parents and kids were laughing through most of the movie. (there was an diminutive while where the anecdote gets slow.) But, I savor the penguins and the fact that they are always so sneaky; they really win the present from the main characters. If you have kids this is a obvious must gaze, we had kids laughing the whole time and most loved the sparkling colors, music and especially dancing. You saw a lot of puny kids dancing in their chairs. People without kids or older kids will also bask in the movie as it has a lot of jokes for adults to retain us entertained and laughing; the incandescent colors are also tall for us as well as the dancing and music. I felt this cartoon lived up to its previews and the draw it was perceived. My only hope is if they do a 2nd one that they include more of those sneaky penguins.
