I hadn’t even seen the first Mission Impossible movie so didn’tknow ‘exactly’ what to query when I went to peer the sequel in a UK cinema recently. It was absolutely unbelievable. It has a very similar structure, narrative and similar characters to the original marvelous James Bond films but has more spellbinding and awe-inspiring scenes of action and fabulous scenery.

The cast all do brilliantly especially the supremely talented Mr. Tom Skim who puts in another outstanding performance. Dougray Scott as the terrible guy also deserves credit for his performance as does the rest of the cast.

I recommend this film to James Bond fans and all action/adventure/mystery/thriller fans and fans of similar genres.

Don’t go in expecting a high brow fully believable film. Go to behold excitement and escapism and you won’t be disappointed. Astronomical action, proper direction let the mood buy you. Don’t try to regain flaws in the station there are plenty, also missing are listless one liners when someone gets killed (a exact breath of novel air after James Bond etc) and the film takes its characters seriously . Over the top yes but not badly done like Face off and Con Air. Seek and relish, this took a lot of hard work to acquire and had me rooting for the valid guy!
