Episodes:

“Gatchaman VS. Turtle King”

“The Contemptible Ghostly Aircraft Carrier”

“The Giant Mummy That Calls Storms”

“Revenge of the Iron Monster Mechadegon”

“The Ghost Mercurial from Hell”

“The Ample Mini-Robot Operation”

“Galactor’s Large Airshow”

“The Secret of the Crescent Coral Reef Operations”

“A Demon From The Moon”

“The Substantial Battle of the Underground”

“The Mysterious Red Impulse”

“The Greedy Monster Ibukuron”

This is something I concept I’d never leer, the planned release of every Gatchaman episode unedited.

I watched the first few episodes in Japanese but I decided to regain slothful and switch to the dubbed version, which isn’t that terrible. I mediate the worst voiceover is for Berg Katse, the main unpleasant guy. They build him sound almost like Paul Lynde. I reflect the belief was to riff on his sexual ambiguity or something but it comes off sounding too 60s Batman style campy. But I will always remember Keye Luke’s vocal performance in Battle of the Planets as definitive.

The extras on these DVDs focus around the english voiceacting. More opinion and anguish went into that than I plan.

The translation seems okay, but they throw in some slang every now and then “dynomite!!”. At one point Ken says “I’m going to pick it to the next level” which is a petite too hip-hop for a 70s present. If they play around with that stuff too powerful it edges it closer to MST3K level.

There really are only a few truly noble shows on this collection for an adult audience. The rest are formulaic. There are a couple shows that gawk the aftermath of the death that Galactor causes which I view was well done. And there are some elements here and there that hint at an overall “arc” like Red Impulse.

If you dissect the plots, they are fleshy of holes because the sage wants to somehow pick up the characters into an infiltration scenario (to allow them to do Ninja type stuff) so the godphoenix usually objective creeps up into the enemy ship and leaves it sitting there unprotected. The enemy does a lot of “monologuing” as it is called in The Incredibles, or insisting on capturing the team first instead of unbiased offing them directly. If you discover at it more as a droll book and not maintain it up to a realistic standard then it’s okay.

I contemplate Yamato (Starblazers) is the king of 70s Anime, so Gatchaman has to approach second.

I’ve really forgotten a lot of the aged Battle of the Planets shows so that, plus watching it unedited with a recent lisp cast makes it feel almost like a unusual prove.

Since there are over 100 episodes it will be costly to bag the entire area but I’m going to do it. There are a lot of episodes that were never even shown on Battle of the Planets so I’m alive to to recognize the chronicle unfold in order to its completion.

I managed to earn this a few days before its official release date and am cheerful to represent that it finally gives this classic film the treatment it deserves. The video and audio have been restored from orignal source material with noticeable improvements over the previous DVD transfer. The narrate has none of the scratches and dust that were point to on the earlier version, and there is a Dolby stereo option as well as the recent mono. The stereo soundtrack offers greater clarity and depth and there’s no low-level hum or snarl.

Besides offering a major improvement in the quality of the image and sound, the fresh DVD also includes a suited selection of extras. There’s a 25 limited “Backstory” from AMC that is very informative and arresting. There are two separate commentary tracks, one with Celeste Holm, Christopher Mankiewicz (Joseph’s son), and Kenneth Geist, the other with Sam Staggs, author of “All About ‘All About Eve’”. There are

promotional interviews with Davis and Baxter, four newsreels, a trailer, and a restoration comparison.

The restoration comparison is one of the strangest that I’ve seen. Instead of an audio track explaining the problems and processes enthusiastic in the transfer, there’s a series of screens with text printed on them. There then follows a series of comparisons from various versions of the film. There’s nothing really inferior with any of this, but considering the tall amount of time and concern that goes into a restoration of this magnitude, I expected something a bit more dynamic.

For any “All About Eve” fan, venerable or fresh, this is the DVD we have been waiting for, and at five dollars less than the unusual DVD, a valid bargain.

Highly recommended!

Bette Davis made this movie in 1950 when her career was faltering;her last film was the insipid “Beyond the Forest” (now considered a minor camp classic by some.) “All About Eve” is relished by many who hail it as Davis’s all-time greatest performance(which is,in all fairness, arguable) as the forty year customary magnetic actress Margo Channing. Many also feel Davis never looked better than she does here (her costume designer for this was the legendary Edith Head) .The acting is genuinely pleasant and the screenplay is music to the ears;as a consolation for not winning the AA,(it went to Judy Holliday) Davis received the coveted Current York Film Critics Award for Best Actress.George Sanders is peerless as the poison pen critic Addison De Witt;( he won the academy award for best supporting actor.) Thelma Ritter is hilarious as the wise traditional companion of Margo’s who’s seen it all happen before. Celeste Holm gives an absolutely comely performance as Karen Richards(she tells Eve “I’m the lowest fabricate of celebrity” she being the wife of playwright Lloyd Richards(Hugh Marlowe, whose wooden personality suits the role he plays.) Gregory Ratoff’s timing in the “bicarbonate of soda” scene is improbable and Gary Merrill is moral on as the cynical Bill whose age (32) creates insecurity for Margo; she fears she’ll lose him to some young “babe”.The film holds up extremely well, considering it will be 50 years obsolete next year.Marilyn Monroe has an laughable bit as a “Graduate of the Copacabana School of Dramatic Arts” Finally we approach to the gal who played the “exiguous worm” of the title: Anne Baxter. She is astonishingly straightforward and realistic in her interpretation of the louse;if she seems to be a bit on the drab side, it’s only because she’s underplaying to the “Queen Mother”, studying and using her idol as a stepping stone in order to collect her name in electric lights and reign supreme as a Lady of the Theatre; in other words, she’s diabolical as HELL! If you’ve never seen this movie, you’re in for a treat. If you have’nt seen the DVD version do so;the print is crystal certain and adds immensely to the film’s viewing pleasure. This is Mankiewicz’s masterpiece and it won the Oscar for the Best Record of 1950.

A comedy from another status and another time, that apt now seems so long ago and far away, “The Ladykillers,” directed by Alexander Mackendrick, stars Alec Guinness, Cecil Parker, Peter Sellers and Herbert Lom, and stands as a perfect example of how charming, exquisite, civilized and yes, “droll,” a film can be when approached with intelligence and respect for the audience. Guinness plays Professor Marcus, who puts together a gang to pull off the “perfect” robbery he has concocted. But, as it always is with all things “perfect,” it lickety-split goes awry for the gang, thanks to the involvement of an frail lady (Katie Johnson), in whose house Marcus has taken rooms. And as the plot in which the gang finds themselves escalates as they try to place things to rights, the audience is treated to an exemplary section of truly laughable and memorable cinema. Guinness anchors the farce with a obliging characterization (even to altering his appearance with fraudulent teeth) of the Professor. It’s a prime example of impartial how sizable a character actor Guinness was; as in all of his films, he creates a total character of Marcus, inside and out, beginning with the attitude and legal on down to the smallest details that many actors would contemplate insignificant. There is a studied consistency he maintains throughout the film that would stand up to the closest scrutiny; it is not by accident that he is considered by many to be one of greatest actors of our times. And how immense to peruse the youthful Peter Sellers in one of his earliest roles. Spy closely and you can inspect traces of the fresh mannerisms that would imprint his career; the exiguous hesitations, the inward, subtle consideration of the spot quo and the sense he conveys in a split second that Murphy’s Law is about to go into enact. He makes Harry, a member of the hapless gang, a memorable character. Herbert Lom (as Louis, in this precursor to his pairing with Sellers some twenty years later in the “Pink Panther” movies), Parker (Major Courtney) and Danny Green (One-Round) round out the gang, the likes of which you have never seen before, nor in all probability will ever survey again, because– as the saying goes– they objective don’t create `em like this any more. The supporting cast includes Jack Warner (The Superintendent), Philip Stainton (Sergeant), Kenneth Connor (Cab Driver) and Ewan Roberts (Constable) . Clever and sophisticated, “The Ladykillers” is a testimony to honest how immense and uplifting comedy can be, without resorting to the improper and often unpalatable “humor” upon which so many of today’s contemporary comedies seem to depend. Not to say that today’s comedies are no good; it’s unbiased that they so often lack the like and the “humanity”– not to mention the longevity– which lends itself to a film such as this one. Movies like this will be around long after most of the addle-brained Saturday Night Live induced fare is gone and forgotten. With the added bonus of having Guinness and Sellers together, this is a right classic in every sense of the word. This is what the magic of the movies is really all about.

“The Ladykillers” is regarded as the last of the tall Ealing comedies and another macabre shaded comedy in the style of “Kind Hearts and Coronets.” However, I had picked up the film because it had both Alec Guinness and Peter Sellers and was therefore rather surprised that the one doing all the scene stealing is Katie Johnson as Mrs. Wilberforce, a sweet small ragged lady who makes it a daily practice to go round to the local constable’s place each day to retain them apprised on what is happening in the neighborhood. Guinness plays Professor Marcus, a criminal mastermind who plans on duping Mrs. Wilberforce into being an unwitting member of his gang, who are going to capture a armored car. As a mask, he tells the aged lady that they are a string quartet, and they play the same portray over and over again while they earn their map. When Mrs. Wilberforce repeatedly arrives to offer tea, coffee, or any other comfort that comes to mind, the criminals all stand around uncomfortably holding their instruments and try to build microscopic talk.

The gang has all of your standard criminal types. Danny Green is the gentle giant, One-Round (a.k.a. Mr. Lawson), Cecily Parker is the old-fashioned army chap Claude (a.k.a. Major Courtney), Herbert Lom is the cold-hearted killer Louis (a.k.a. Mr. Harvey), and Sellers is the young rouge Harry (a.k.a. Mr. Robinson) . However, the ironic point of this 1955 dim comedy is that together they are no match for Mrs. Wilberforce. The heist goes off without a hitch, that is to say until Mrs. Wilberforce plays her unwitting role in the proceedings. What follows is like the extinct Chinese finger torture, where the more things work for the gang the worst off they net as the slight venerable lady thwarts their plans without even trying. Eventually even Mrs. Wilberforce is able to add up things enough to become a liability. Then the criminals execute the biggest mistake of all: they plot lots to view who has to do the musty lady in. The notion that Guinness, Sellars, and the rest of the gang could be reduced to minor roles by a shrimp used lady is astonishing, but that is the trusty irony that makes “The Ladykillers” a classic.

Juliette Binoche and Jean Reno are the protagonists in “Jet Streak,” a depressed and dismal account about two people who topple in adore through no fault of their bear. They do everything to avoid it but ultimately cannot, due to the inevitability of fate and an over-riding sense of being in the upright site at the fair time (or the contemptible situation at the immoral time) .

Binoche as Rose is a down on her luck Cosmetician who has decided to coast a poor relationship and sail to Acapulco and Reno is Felix, trying to skim to Munich to hook up with his supposed girl friend. Needless to say, neither makes it to their destination.

Buy,Download, Or Stream Jet Lag! Click Here

Director Daniele Thompson keeps it light and airy and banks on the shroud personas of both Binoche and Reno to region the mood and tone of the film. Initially Reno looks at Binoche as an overly made-up bimbo while Binoche looks at Reno as an anal-retentive Bureaucrat. Both are just but approach to realize that, though they are initially sinful for each other, are unavoidably, ultimately and cosmically destined to be with each other.

Binoche and Reno trade on their patented dramatic personas and turn in slyly droll performances that are psychologically correct. “Decalage Horaire” (Jet Stagger) is a tale of what happens when two emotionally weary and frozen people are willing to let their guards down and allow Adore to enter their lives. It’s a account as faded as time but nonetheless feels original here because of the truthfulness and emotionally emphatic performances of Binoche and Reno.

JET Hasten is a rare treat. It is a vivid, saucy film that takes two well known actors and gives then a chance to play different types and the result is very successful.

Juliette Binouche steps into the tacky clothes and glitzy makeup of a superficial loquacious beautician who needs her makeup, perfumes, and wacky clothes to complete her ’self’, an unlucky-at-love waif on her intention to Acapulco from the Charles DeGaulle airport. She encounters a neurotic, fastidious (except for his groungy hair and beard) chef play by the usually murky ‘hitman’ Jean Reno and because of strikes in the Paris airlines and trains preventing scheduled flights, she agrees to section a room wiht him for the night until their separate flights are available. Well, of course, the ‘odd couple’ come by subtle but strong needs in the opposite persons and the scheme their rather bizarre cohabitation results in their mutual and individual awakenings is the source of the state and the delight for the viewer. Both Binouche and Reno acquire indelible characters and their transformations are wise and improbable.. A sure ‘feel good’ movie - and we certainly need films like this as warm entertainment. Kudos to director Danielle Thompson for uncovering other layers in these two graceful actors’ gifts.

Scooby fans have been fortunate through the years to have sterling people (Warner Bros & Hanna & Barbera) select care of Scooby Doo. When I first saw the title to this movie, I was scared that Scooby might be burned with a over hyped technical movie to match the times. Boy was I

wrong! This latest and greatest adventure is another well written and novel yarn. This adventure may be as halt to the novel atmosphere of the TV new series than the previous elephantine length exciting movies. The storyline seems to have a bit more comedy worked into it. Well my kids esteem it and I have seen it twice now and enjoyed it. I have said it before and will say it again “Scooby is an American icon”.

Okay, this is the first Scooby DVD retract I had reservations about making. I’m a cartoon artist, and I assume animation for myself, because it’s a medium that’s dear to me. That said I was very terrorized this would be a 75 min. commercial for the Scooby video game, and therefore only watchable for someone under 5. Instead it was improbable! The myth has a stout deal of action, without being really scary. So those of you with more impressionable children should have no pickle this time. In that respect, this release is more like Alien Invaders. Unlike Alien Invaders all the characters are given a chance at center stage, and the interplay between them continues to be built upon. (Including the Daphne and Freddie relationship, which is sweet.) Everyone gets a moment to shine, and a chance to be the butt of a joke. So, no matter which character is your accepted, you find a chance to cheer and laugh for them. This outing isn’t as musical as the first ones, but the fun, humor, and character balance are so ample that it makes up for that. The recent vow of Daphne (Grey Delisle) is terrific, and fits in quite well. I’ve always liked BJ Ward as Velma, and I believe Scott Innes is worthy as Scooby and Shaggy. Frank Welker, who has voiced Freddie since the recent series, seems to especially be having fun in the unusual movies, and has a couple of my well-liked moments in this one. The location is shapely straight forward, the gang are to have a video game made after them by an frail friend. When they reach, everyone has been alarmed by the appearance of a deplorable virus that’s escaped from the game. While trying to bag the baddie trapped succor in the game, the gang is “accidentally” transported into the game with him. Now the only method to elope is to beat all ten levels and the Phantom Virus! At the same time they need to figure out who programmed him (which you will probably know from Level 1, but it makes it easier for the small ones to figure out.) Along the intention they have to outwit all manner of video game baddies, and in the final level they meet their computer game alter egos. Not to mention villians from the primitive Scooby Doo Indicate. This time they aren’t programmed to be unmasked! Also, be distinct to remember that when the credits roll there is serene more to reach. There is a special bit at the raze where each of the gang tells his or her approved fragment about making the movie. Those are hilarious! The extras acquire a terrific “making of” documentary. The best of those to date. Leer it after the movie.

I am a more advanced spinner, so it is hard to score dvd’s that push me hard enough & support me motivated. Boy, did this one do the trick. It is longer than most I have - it is 70 minutes if you do all the segments. Most of the other dvd’s I have are only 30-40 minutes including warm-up & wintry down. So it definitely pushes me to the limit more than the others. I also like the instructor. She is less canned and doesnt act so remarkable like she is a robot reading a teleprompter. She has lots of energy & personality. I also like that the video occasionally simulates an true outdoor lag. Like climbing a hill to procure a group of riders up ahead. Also a dog chasing you as a motivation to flow. Anyway who cycles outdoors knows all too well the reality of dog chases. So I found this droll. Substantial dvd - definitely worth getting!

Mindy really keeps you motivated and I got a big workout. She’s a bit droll, but not annoying. She keeps chatting and the time flys. The chubby workout is about 70 minutes. I like how you can easily adjust the dart to fit the time you have. Huge DVD.

When considering the characteristics of opera, it naturally follows that the genre would be difficult to film. Not so for Mitterrand with his Madame Butterfly; from casting to direction to filming, Mitterrand wins. The title role must do far more than “spy Asian,” she must also live the role…even more so when being filmed as “Butterfly.” Ying Huang proves herself a sensitive and sensible actress as well as a singer with an expressive and remarkable state. Richard Troxell as “B. F. Pinkerton” shines in his role, allowing the callousness of his character clash with an accidental care for. Troxell uses the flexibility of the film medium to act as many opera singers seem unable to do upon finding themselves on a stage. In fact, the power of this video lies in the fact that the singers realize that they have the opportunity to be better actors than they could be in a staged version of the same work. There are retakes, more natural positions, radiant scenery, and an astonishing acoustic, even when outdoors! All in all,it is a elegant work by Frederic Mitterand, Huang, Troxell, Cowan (”Sharpless”), Liang (”Suzuki”), and the rest. None of the roles had less than an accomplished actor and singer; even the role of “Kate Pinkerton” played by Constance Hauman was rendered with a magnificent hand aware of a conflicting plot and an involuntary hostility. Delicious for the everyday opera viewer as a original, delicate feast for the stare and ear, and a friendly film for the opera newcomer.

Martin Scorsese’s cinematography is utterly unparralleled in his filming of the lovely Puccini opera “Madame Butterfly”. It is with a reserved caution that I say it surpasses any staged version of the opera I have ever seen! I say that cautiously so as not to offend those die-hard traditionalists, myself having been one. Scorsese transports us to an authentic Japan and his photography captures all of the intricate details and beauty for the setting of one of the worlds most radiant stories. The film is so valid that one is truly moved to tears by the raze and emotionally overwhelmed. The mixed cast of both Asian and Western singers makes it even more beliebable. Soprano Ying Huang sings and acts delicately the fragile geisha who will wed the American lieutenant Pinkerton, sung by American Richard Troxell. Both are aptly cast in the film and compliment one another. Ying Huang plays the child-like Butterfly accurately as the composer would have intended. Troxell is exquisite, charming and plays well the role of a not so nice character, leading Butterfly to maintain he will one day return to Japan and grasp her assist to America. He’s so charming, in fact, that at times one feels he may have a change of heart along the arrangement. From the beginning of the film with the torii standing in the Nagasaki harbor through the duration of the film, powerful in the leased 100 year paper and wood house built for Butterfly, one experiences many visual nuances. Scorsese can even film the softness of a pace blowing at sundown through the house, captured by flowers engaging in the dimming sunlight in a vase. The only fault I can glean with the film, and it’s worthy enough to detract from the overall experience, is the very unrealistic Bonze flying down from the sky at the kill of the wedding ceremony. It looked somewhat foolish, considering the rest was unprecedented. Of the many filmed scenes, one that was effectively done was at the ruin of the opera, where Scorsese created a unpleasant thunderstorm around the time Butterfly committed hara-kari and unprejudiced at the time Kate and Sharpless pulled up in a carriage in the pouring rain to have Suzuki push the child out of the house and picked up by the Americans to be returned with his father to the States. Lastly, the cowardly Pinkerton runs into the house hoping to once more gape Butterfly, but rather finds her dreary on the floor. Scorsese captures the intense awkwardness and ambivalence of this moment that closes the film. In my review, I’ve talked miniature about the music or the voices. Puccini’s music was sung convincingly by the cast and particularly Ying Huang and Richard Troxell, who both had immense acting ability as well. But the good essence of this production was the filming and Scorsese’s ability to grasp so many glowing moments through the exercise of cinema. Please do yourself a favor and view this aesthetic opera, but rather on film as an alternate to the stage. Highly highly recommended!

When rating this DVD, I deem three factors:

Buy,Download, Or Stream Arthur: Arthur Gets Along! Click Here

1. Veil Art — Very nice narrate of Arthur and D.W., although the coloring is a limited dim. The pictures throughout the DVD box and DVD menus are also beautiful nice.

2. Anecdote Selection — I wouldn’t say these stories are among the best of the “Arthur” series, but they’re not too awful. In “D.W.’s Time Danger,” D.W. and Nadine go benefit in time to look what it would be like if D.W. were the older sibling. Some very laughable stuff here with the “baby store” and some touching moments with Arthur and D.W. Next, there’s “To Tibble the Truth,” in which the Tibbles learn that telling the truth is suited, but you shouldn’t be bluntly just. This myth uses Alberto and Vicita, two unique characters introduced in more unique seasons of the exhibit. Finally, “Waiting to Go” riffs off of the existential play “Waiting for Godot.” Very spellbinding dynamic of Binky and Brain, two very unalike characters. Some engaging discussion of relativity and other stuff that likely will go straight over the heads of most of the target audience.

Buy,Download, Or Stream Arthur: Arthur Gets Along! Click Here

3. Special Features — Hmm, mmm. It’s nice that “Arthur” DVDs now have special features, but most of this is honest stuff transplanted from the official website. There’s a read-along of “Arthur’s Family Feud” that I know I’ve seen on the residence before. I guess this fits in with the “getting along” theme. There are also parent tips from the set. Probably the best special feature is actually a cute explain preview for “Connie the Cow.” There are also previews for a few shows that feeble to be on the PBSKids “Bookworm Bunch.” This is also the first one of the first “Arthur” DVDs to feature continuous play. One other thing of imprint is that the close-caption track has been removed and replaced by larger white subtitles without any blackground. I don’t mind this, since they’re easier to read and don’t have any accuracy problems.

Overall, i’m very mad for this space even though it’s Hogan. The only thing missing is a one on one match against Million Dollar Man, mild a must contain spot for fans of Hogan and classic wrestling.

Wow, titanic list of matches, tickled to watch that WWE did a really titanic job on this one. Ecstatic to peer matches against Haku, the Bossman, Earthkaque, Kurt Angle, Bret, Rick Low, Backlund….Can’t wait to bewitch this dvd. I saw the conceal on silvervision.co.uk and it’s a gigantic one too. I hope WWE will manufacture the same kind of dvd for Flair, Hbk and Undertaker, 3 disc position with a lot of rare matches and promos…Watcha gonna do!!??

Well, one worthy thing is that if you are indignant because you bought the individual season DVD sets (like I did) and wished you waited to take the complete series box dwelling for the extras and corrections, you need not sweat it. The missing epilogue and minutes to “The Darlings Are Coming” and the missing epilogue to “Barney Mends a Broken Heart” from season 3 were not restored to this situation. The laugh tracks to a few episodes from season 4 have been restored, but that wasn’t a gargantuan deal to me.

The “extra extras” you acquire from this series box plot are available individually elsewhere if you glimpse around. The pilot “Danny Meets Andy Griffith” is available edited on the “Perform Room for Daddy” 5th season DVD plot. The pilot included here is also edited. You can also salvage “Return to Mayberry” on DVD online and the other bonus is the episode “Opie Joins the Marines” where Opie visits Gomer on “Gomer Pyle USMC,” which will be released in that series’ second season state in a few months. I wish Paramount could have gathered some behind-the-scenes stuff or commentaries or interviews (the actors are not getting any younger and in unbiased the past few years, many vital TAGS people have died like Howard Morris and Don Knotts) . That would have made this spot worth it, but nothing like that is included.

What bugs me the most, though, is the crummy packaging: Cardboard folders and pockets with cut-out photos on the characters printed on it. At least get it the same as the individual sets with the plastic, easy-to-use holders and the doughty and quick-witted illustrations. It’s a gigantic series, I appreciate the shows (even the color episodes), but if you have already bought the seasons and are wondering if the series location is worth it, I would vote, ‘no.’ In fact, if you haven’t bought anything from this series yet, I would calm decide the indivdual seasons to this state.

If you waited until now to assume any of the Andy Griffith Reveal season sets, this is a decent deal. For those who already have one or more seasons, the current extras in this modern all-season residence are no vast whoop and in my concept is not worth purchasing.

The pilot episode included in this dwelling is a syndicated version which is edited by about 2 and a half minutes. This is the same version already available on the Earn Room For Daddy - The Complete Fifth Season DVD position. The corpulent length pilot had been released on VHS, but has been out-of-print for a few years now. Why couldn’t Paramount include the chubby length version? We know it exists.

The two edited episodes in Season 3 remain edited. “The Darlings Are Coming” is the heavily cleave syndicated version. “Barney Mends A Broken Heart” is composed missing its epilogue. Source material does exist that would restore these episodes.

The episodes on discs 1 and 2 of Season 4 that were missing the laugh tracks have been corrected (with the unique exception of the last few minutes of “A Gloomy Day For Mayberry” and “The Sermon For Today”, where the laughter has smooth not been re-inserted), but this was done blueprint before this novel box residence was ever announced. If you have these discs without the laugh tracks, I have Paramount is collected replacing them with the corrected ones. Examine my review of Season 4 for more details.

The “Opie Joins The Marines” episode of Gomer Pyle, USMC has been included. However, this will be released anyway when Season 2 of that series rolls around in a few months.

The TV movie, “Return To Mayberry” finally makes it’s blueprint to DVD as a bonus feature in this state. It is uncut and presented honest as originally broadcast in 1986. Hopefully it will be released as a separate disc for those who already have some or all of this series.

Without even going into the packaging issues, this original box position is already somewhat of a disappointment. If you can afford it, stick with the individually released seasons.
