Very big bag
I ordered the large duffle bag, and it is very roomy. I love adidas products, and this one didnt disappoint. Lots of pockets and smooth zippers. I got it for when I travel(carry-on), but this might be too big to put overhead. Also comes with lifetime replacement warranty. Can’t go wrong.

Truly effective
This workout is great because there is a different workout for each day of the week. The weight training portion is only about 35 minutes long each - done 3 times a week and the two cardio days are a killer - interval training and you know you are burning off alot of calories. I really love the countdown clock - for each exercise, there is a clock that shows how much time is left. I have lost some body fat already - only on week 2 - although I haven’t been eating as well as I should - I can only imagine how much more I could be losing if I followed the eating plan as well. Chalene is fun, motivational, and really so comfortable to listen to. And I like the slow and heavy reps - even in the 2nd week, I feel sore after each workout (and I am already in pretty good shape from before as I am a runner).
Definitely worth the money - I actually cancelled my gym membership b/c with this, I am consistently working out, unlike not being able to go the gym or not having the motivation to go.
UPDATE: I am now on week 6 of this program and went from a 28% body fat to 24% within 6 weeks, and that is without “dieting.” I lost about 4 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my hips, but only 4 pounds overall. This is exactly the kind of result that I wanted - lose body fat, look leaner and tighter, and not lose muscle mass. And I still look forward to working out every day. Chalene says in the beginning that there will come a time when I will look forward to my workouts. Well, I definitely do now. And this is from me, a busy mom of 3 little kids, who is near 40.

I love this system. It’s well worth the money. You get 3 months worth of workouts and recipes and a plan for maintenance. I am on week 3 and have lost 10 lbs and several inches. If you are serious about seeing better results than you’ve seen in the past, make sure you focus on the eating part of the plan. So many people only do the workouts and then wonder why they don’t look like the people in the infomercial. Beachbody uses real customers in their infomercials, so the results are real, but you HAVE to do all aspects of the program. Otherwise, you’ll tone up but your results won’t be as amazing as what you’ve seen on TV. One other note is that you will need heavier weights than you may be used to - yes, even if you’re a woman. Start with what you have and then consider investing in some additional weights or bands when you feel like the exercises have become easy. This program is for real and I love it!

I have to say, as an experienced exerciser who has fallen off the wagon more times than I care to mention, ChaLean Extreme was my ticket back. I was a Firm junkie up until the moment I found Turbo Jam. The Firm did not hold my interest enough to keep me working out consistently.
On February 19th of 2009, in a size 16, and tipping the scale at 183 pounds (I’m 5′1″ mind you) I started Turbo Jam. On March 22nd, 20 pounds lighter already from Turbo Jamming, I started ChaLean Extreme ALONG with Turbo Jam. The reviewers before are correct in stating that you MUST add cardio. That being said… the challenge of this program is up to you! How heavy can you go? I am certainly not a beginner, and the unique twist on some of the workouts was refreshing actually. Oh, and unlike the Firm… I didn’t need some gadget to do it. ChaLean Extreme isn’t about tons of reps, it is about hitting failure with less reps. You move at a slow pace so it is your muscles that are lifting the weights in a controlled manner. No swinging the weights at a fast pace, or dance steps along with lifting. Focused lifting, in 3 phases. My strength increased each and every month, and I logged it daily. For example, I started bicep curls in the Burn Phase (month 1) at 10 pounds. By the end of the Lean Phase (month 3) I was curling 20 pounds. That isn’t anything to sneeze at. I learned how to zero in on the muscle group I was targeting, and to make the exercise challenging… harder actually. Oh, and push ups? Forget it. Month 1 I was on my knees… Month 3… all on the toes baby! I noticed some reviewers are concerned about the music… that isn’t important to me, at least not in ChaLean Extreme. Turbo Jam is a different story! The music in ChaLean Extreme is there… what it is I couldn’t tell you because I never noticed it. I do know that the crew on the set of ChaLean Extreme are ALL users of the product… all REAL exercisers. No models. I talk with them on Facebook, and Twitter, and have even taken a class from one of the crew… Chalene’s sister Jenelle. Nothing fake about it… and they are in great shape!
I have my pictures posted on my profile on the Team Beachbody website to prove the results. (reneekicksfat is my profile name there) I am now 52 pounds lighter, and in a size 4. I am ripped, and I continue to use ChaLean Extreme, as well as Turbo Jam.
Will you get results? It depends on your body, and how you incorporate the program to suit your needs. Is it challenging? Do you want it to be? Go heavy or go home as Chalene says. I did. I challenged myself every step of the way. You can too.

Great tent at a good price
This is only the second tent I’ve ever owned. The first one was a real crappy sub $20 from Sports Authority. That $20 one worked fine for that one night I used it for but I vowed spend a little more next time and hope for much better quality. The 2-person $20 leaked a bit, was terribly cramped and was awfully humid inside. All of those problems went away with this Coleman. Here are just a few reasons why I’m very happy with my purchase:
First, the price was pretty reasonable. If you find another brand with a similar design for a little less, that’s fine and all but I was happy to pay what I paid and get a Coleman - even someone that has never been camping before knows Coleman is pretty trusted when it comes to things like tents, coolers and anything you use outdoors.
Second, I thought most of the other reviews here were pretty favorable. I’m just a guy that wants to head to a campsite 2-3 times a year and spend a night or two with my girlfriend. There was another review here about how it fit a guy and his fiancée with a queen size air mattress very well. That review pretty much sold me and it was spot on. I also learned that a queen size air mattress is actually a little smaller than a regular size full size you’d have in your home. That’s still fine for two people but just don’t think you’re going to fit a giant mattress in there. The “queen” Coleman air mattress I purchased fit very well with ample room to spare.
Third, I like the colors of this tent - definitely not a great reason to base your choice of shelter but I still like the way it looks.
Fourth, It poured rain as we slept the first night. It was a pretty bad thunderstorm and it came down hard. There were not any leaks I could find. It also probably helped that this was a brand new tent, I’m pretty sure all tents will spring leaks as they get older and require seam sealer.
Fifth, Ease of use - this thing goes up and comes down pretty easily. A child can figure this thing out and it fits in a bag that’s pretty small and easy to manage.
So if you’re like me and just need a nice little tent for the occasional camping trip, this is a great choice. You can see how it looks in my pics compared to a giant 8 person tent too.
Coleman tent–waterproof as advertised
I just came back from a two week trip where I had to use this coleman tent. It rained hard for 5 days, even snowed a little, and the winds were up to 30 mph, yet my tent stayed dried on the inside, and stayed up inspite of the wind! This tent performed as advertised, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Defective
It is a nice tent for the price. $40 is a great price for a 7×7 tent.
Unfortunately, mine is defective. The first time I put it up, I noticed that one of the black straps that hooks the tent body to the poles had not been sewn on correctly. So, the strap was frayed, and there was a hole in the seam that went clear through.
I called Coleman to ask about their warranty, and they told me that I have to pay shipping to have it repaired! I told them that their policy seemed unfair, but they didn’t seem to care. They gave me the choice of paying for shipping or paying someone to repair it locally. Either way, they would not reimburse.
They told me that other companies require customers to pay for shipping both ways. I really don’t care what other companies require. If a product is obviously defective on the first use, the company should take full responsibility for it.

The ball’s great… the rope isn’t…
This has been a huge hit in our neighborhood, so it’s gotten a lot of use. The ball is nice and soft, and the kids love it. However, the rope/cord has begun to unravel at the end closest to the ball… no doubt from the occasional grabbing of the string by various kids. Because of this, the ball hangs nearly to the ground and the rope is very thin there. So, I’ve looked at the products offered by Tachikara (on Amazon) and have yet to find where they sell any replacement ropes… you have to buy the ball again to get the rope that comes with it… that doesn’t make much sense.

Great tetherball for the money. Includes clip to attach to pole. Didn’t fade in the sun after 1 month so far (others we had did).
T-Ball
Best tetherball there is. Alot softer then any other brand.
Just don’t leave it outside for long periods of time or else the weather will destroy it.

THE WORLD BEGAN ON AUGUST 14, 1953…
…..that’s the day that the first WIFFLE BALLS (invented a year earlier) went on sale in this baseball-crazy country. Mr. David Mullany created the first Wiffle Ball in Fairfield, Connecticut after seeing his 12-year-old son struggling to throw a curveball. Mr. Mullany (to whom we bow down and show obeisance) cut eight oblong slots into plastic orbs that were used to package cosmetics and the Wiffle Ball, an American institution, was born.
Oh, Wiffle Ball, Wiffle Ball, it nearly compels me to wax poetic. I’m now 46 years old, but the love that I have for the game of Wiffle Ball will possess my heart long after my body has any capability to throw a breaking pitch! My Brother and I were born to a beautiful, baseball-loving woman. Shirley grew up following the Cincinnati Reds, and as a child, she acquired a nickname based on a long-forgotten Big League pitcher. As an adult, she worked for the Los Angeles dOdGers and the Los Angeles Angels (that was before they became the California Angels, and then the Anaheim Angels, and then the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and then the Chicago White Sox victims). She instilled in her two boys and one daughter a love for America’s pastime. (In fact, my sister was the first girl we ever heard of to play on a boys Little League team.)
But when we weren’t on a baseball diamond with 7 other guys, and when we couldn’t scrounge up two other guys to play a game of “Over-The-Line” at the park, my Brother, Doug, and I were battling it out in a game of Wiffle Ball in the yard. We had some outrageously competitive games in our “Glory Days.” We perfected the art of pitching a Wiffle Ball, and baffled many a batter who tried to hit us. I remember 1990 and a young, athletic college student who, claiming to have played Wiffle Ball throughout his childhood, challenged this old geezer on the UCLA field behind the John Wooden Center. Well, my screwball was only breaking about 10 feet that day, and after taking it for strike three about a dozen times, he just shook his head, and I concluded that whatever game he was playing as a child, it WASN’T what my Brother and I called, “WIFFLE BALL.”
If you have never owned a Wiffle Ball, you’ve never really been alive, my dear friend! Although they do tend to crack between the oblong cutouts after some time (especially if you hang too many curveballs for my Brother who swings with great authority), they will last for countless hours of baseballesque bliss and excellent exercise! They can be used anywhere outdoors because the Wiffle Ball weighs only two-thirds of an ounce, and if Doug never knocked one through a window, neither will you!
And although the Wiffle Ball is light, it does not follow that it should be taken lightly. After San Francisco Giant (man, do I hate the Giants!), Kevin Mitchell won the 1989 National League MVP award, he publicly stated that he had really learned to hit the curveball by playing a lot of Wiffle Ball the previous off-season. One of the greatest hitters of all-time, San Diego Padre, Tony Gwynn used to hit Wiffle Balls off of a batting tee because he could tell from the spin where he had struck the ball. Play with a Wiffle Ball and you’re in Big League company!

Funny story : My dear ol’ Ma bought an aluminum Wiffle Ball bat as a gift for my Brother on his birthday. But she wasn’t sure what size to get, so she called the company. “How old is your son?” the representative asked. When she said, “41″, he laughed loud and said, “I think you’ll want to go with the heaviest model.”
One of the great disappointments in my life (SERIOUSLY!) is that they didn’t think to organize Wiffle Ball competitions until Doug and I were in our 40’s. We scouted out the competition at the “Wiffle Ball World Series” here in Phoenix a few years ago. (Players fly in from all over the country!) We figured that even at our advanced age and with my arthritis, we could still give those young studs all they bargained for and more, if we polished our long-neglected technique over the next year. Alas, it never happened, what with work, and life, and all the other crap that gets in the way of Wiffle Ball play.
But that doesn’t mean YOU can’t fly into Phoenix next year and win the title! Get to it, man! Get yourself a dozen Wiffle Balls, a “banana” bat and start practicing. Hint : the ball breaks in the direction of the solid half. Want to throw a drop? Make sure the solid section is on the bottom at your release point. Then get inventive; there are innumerable variations on that theme! You can thank me for the hint when you see me. You’ll recognize me because I’m always the guy who picks up the suitcase that comes around on the airport luggage carrousel with a plastic yellow bat strapped across the top of it!
Real Deal
These are the genuine article, not the cheap imitations most stores seem to carry. After five weeks I have yet to break a single one. Couldn’t be happier with either the product or the bite on the knuckle-curve!
best plastic baseball on the market
I have had the same Wiffle ball for the past nine years. But, I only have one. In the past I have bought other plastic baseballs to only have them crack or fall apart after the third hit. The only plastic baseball to last has been my Wiffle ball. I was so excited to find a dozen balls. My two sons and I will have many years of baseball fun ahead of us!
